The LGRC was set up to provide a professional service to the guitarists of Liverpool.

The LGRC is run by Paul Flanagan, a professional luthier with over 5 years experience of building his own brand of boutique guitars and basses. 13 Guitar Co. is a brand quickly establishing its self amongst the big names in the guitar world.
